Why Meditate?
Because is will make you FEEL GREAT! In just 15 minutes!
Starting with my ‘Heal Yourself’ meditation, you will literally feel the flow of spiritual energy enter you, making you feel warm, energised, comfortable and content inside.
And all you have to do is read, sit and listen to my meditations,to make you feel better and help heal you in your mind, body and soul.
The more you meditate, the more you will feel complete, whole and happier as a person.
You will then feel further connected to animals, people and the wider world. You will then know we are all as one and how it is in your own intrest to look after yourself, the world and every body in it.
What is Shamanism?
Shamanism is the way to find the spirit world through your personal experience.
The spirit world has three parts:
The Lower World - where the spirits of animals live
The Middle World - where the hidden creatures and nature of this reality reside
The Upper World - where angels and spiritual healing come from
In these worlds, you will find guidance and healing.
The Meditations
These meditations are easy to use, even if you have never done anything like it before. Just sit in a quiet place and FEEL what is being said and visualise the journey.
I will teach you how to open up your Chakras and then spend some time in the spirit realm, where you will receive guidance, messages and healing.
The messages may be in the form of emotions, old memories, pictures, smells, tastes or sounds.
You may ask the spirits questions about situations that concern you and you will receive answers.
After spending some time with them, your experience ends and you travel back to your everyday life.
Preparing to meditate
The best place to meditate it is at home, and I find doing it in the morning is best, as it will set you up to feel good for the rest of day.
So make yourself and the room ready and I would recommend you have at least one hour to meditate uninterrupted.
No booze, drugs, caffeine or other fun stimulants for at least 4 hours before and afterwards. Send the kids out to play with the traffic and anybody else down the pub.
Draw the curtains and if you want, light a scented candle or some incense. Wear loose comfortable clothing and sit on a comfortable chair or sofa.
Lastly, turn off all communication devices (yes, I know, but you can survive without them) and begin your healing journey.
Your Healing Journey
Follow these meditations for spiritual, mental and physical well being. When you open your Chakras for the first time, imagine them as flowers opening within you. Really feel within your own body what is happening in the meditations to complete your journey of healing.
Your healing journey will help you in many ways.
1. Heal Yourself
An Upper World meditation.
This is the start of your healing journey, to feel the energy and warmth of spiritual wellbeing all over your body.
A 15 minute guided meditation to quickly receive energy healing.
You have to get better yourself before you can help anybody else. So if you feel tense, stressed or irritable then best begin with my quick 15 minute ‘Heal Yourself’ guided meditation.
Now, really listen to it. As I say the words, really feel the tingling, warm, universal healing energy, flow through your body.
Feel it filling you entirely. By the end, you should feel calmer, more relaxed and energised.
Initially, you should do this every day for at least one week. After that, I would recommend you carry on doing this as often as possible.
How I use this meditation:-
Personally I found that it really helps with headaches and makes them go within half an hour of the meditation ending. Try it and you may be pleasantly surprised. The more often you do it, the easier it becomes and you soon feel better quicker.
2. Open Chakra Healing
An Upper World meditation.
Continue your healing more deeply by opening your Chakras to receive energy healing for your body and soul.
This is a 31 minute guided meditation to open your Chakras and receive deeper energy healing.
This meditation takes the healing further, by opening up your body and Soul to receive the universal energy on a deeper level.
Chakras are spiritual energy points, deep inside the middle of your body. They are normally only very slightly open but I’m going to help you open them up fully, which will allow you to become more receptive to spiritual communication. See the diagram below and study where they are in your body.
Again, really listen to my meditation.
Feel your Chakras tingle, as they opening like flowers deep within you.
Feel the wonderful tingling sensation as the warming, healing energy coming down into your body, making your whole spirit and body feel energised. Feel the healing energy flow thorough you and around you. It will help you relax even more and open you up for better spiritual experiences. After it has finished you should feel good and be energized.
How I use this meditation:-
This makes me feel calm, relaxed and energised. In short, it just makes me feel really good inside and connected to the spiritual world.
3 .Guardian Angel
An Upper World meditation.
Once you know what it is liked to be cared for deeply, you can continue your healing journey
for yourself and others.
This is a 50 minute guided meditation to meet your guardian angel and to feel their peaceful, comforting, blissful energy and warmth envelop you.
Play my ‘Guardian Angel’ meditation and again, really feel what is being said. Feel your chakras tingling as they open. You will then be taken upwards to a higher spiritual realm and there you will be introduced to your guardian angel.
A guardian angel is supreme Spiritua Being who is aware of what you need and always has your best interests at heart. They look over you at all times. They are your ‘gut instinct’ that directs you to you follow the best path for everyone’s happiness. So when you meet your guardian angel, you can ask them any questions you like and you will receive answers.
At the same time, you will merge with the angel’s healing spirit and energy, which will give you a wonderful warm feeling of peace, love and serenity. Feel their glowing energy become a part of you, filling you completely, making you feel cocooned in a bubble of energy that is peaceful and safe, making you feel contented, relaxed and comfortably warm all over.
You will also be given the wings of an angel and be able to fly as a free spirit.
Feel their wings upon your back and get used to the feeling of moving them yourself. Feel the power and control you have with them. You will then spend a few moments feeling what it is like to be an angel. Then, if you want, fly free as a bird and feel the total freedom of mind, body and soul.
How I use this meditation:-
For me, this is the best meditation. When I merge with the Angel’s spirit, I feel a warm glow all over; I feel protected and loved and all worries and stress disappear. This is a far more rewarding and pleasant feeling than any stimulant I have ever come across. Sometimes I fly around enjoying the sensation of flight, but generally I sit somewhere and let the angel’s spirit and loving enegy wash over me, so I can really enjoy the blissful, warm feeling that envelops me.
And once you know what it feels like to be truly cared for, you will begin to care for yourself more. And when you care for yourself more, you will begin to care for others and the world more.
4. Past Lives
A Middle World meditation.
Once you know the patterns of your lives, you can break the bad patterns and continue your journey to find new healthier ones.
This is a 52 minute guided meditation to journey into the past, present and future.
You will now continue on your journey by making your life better now and forever. Your past life is an indicator of your present and future lives. A lot of people get stuck in the same patterns of behaviour lifetime after lifetime because they can’t see an overview of their lives.
By listening to my Past Lives meditation you will travel backwards to see your past life's, so you can make a note of the patterns. See how you make the same choices again and again. Once you have seen the pattern you can break bad patterns and concentrate on good patterns of behaviour that will help you improve your life.
Always picking partners that are bad for you? Change that pattern. (Try going out with a Nerd. They are more grateful, they have more money as they haven’t had many partners to spend money on before, less likely to beat you up and they are a lot more grateful for the sex. OK they may dress like a nerd, but just take them down the shops and kit them out properly). Always doing jobs you hate? Change jobs. Learn something new.
You can also use this meditation to explore future patterns. It’s a bit like ‘Try before you buy’, but with your life. What if I choose left instead of right? What if I choose A over B? You can then travel to the future to see how your decision worked out. If it has worked out, then great. If it hasn’t, and you’ve ended up as a Clown or worse, a politician, then try different choices.
You can also use this to seek guidance about issues and problems you may have right now. So, as you travel, start thinking about a problem or situation that has been on your mind. Maybe something that happened to you in the past, that is happening now or a future event. You may be looking for a solution to a problem and need guidance.
You can also travel to the past or future to give your self energy healing. For example, go back in time and give yourself energy healing at an emotional time, to help yourself get through it. Or, if you have an upcoming medical procedure, then you probably won’t feel like giving yourself energy healing once you are in the hospital as you may feel quite unwell. So travel to the future and give yourself energy healing just before and after the operation to help yourself get better.
So explore and play with the meditation. Find the right path for yourself. I’m not saying it will be easy because it won’t. Initially, it may be emotionally painful for yourself and others, if you have to break away and start anew but ultimately you will find it personally rewarding. Break away from your comfort zone because if you stay there too long comfort will turn into a rut and from there the rot of boredom, drink and drugs can set in.
There are thousands of different journeys for as many different reasons. Which path you follow is up to you. You will spend a few minutes with your issue in the form of a vision. During that time, you will use all your senses to read the meaning of the vision and explore its many possibilites.
So, listen to my meditation. Explore your lives and find the golden path to your happiness.
How I use this meditation:-
I use this meditation to go back through my past lives and find patterns that help me improve my life. I saw that, in a past life, I was working with tools, creating something and bringing pleasure to people, so this is why I have created these meditations.
5. Power Animal
A Lower World meditation.
The animals you see will be the guides, to the actions you need to take, to help yourself become better, physically, mentally and spiritually.
This is a 52 minute meditation to meet your animal spirit guide in the lower world.
Power Animals tell you what you need, not what you want. When you listen and journey to the animal spirit realm and meet the Spirits of creatures, they will reveal an aspect of yourself that you need to know about. They have messages to help you start doing something you need to do or stop doing something harmful to yourself. They also represent qualities in other people.
Every power animal is unique to you, because their meaning is unique to how you feel about it. I have never found books that list power animals and what they do to be accurate and would never recommend any such books. Only you can take the journey and only you can know the meaning of any Power Animal you come across.
For example, some people quite like rats. They are their pets and they find them lovable and comforting, so if you feel that way about rats and you see a rat as a power animal in a spiritual scenario, then the meaning will be about being loved and comforted. On the other hand, if you do not like rats and you fear and hate them, and you see them during your spiritual scenario then they will represent a warning and to be wary. It is through feeling that you will communicate with your Power Animals and read their meaning.
During your journey, you will meet many different creatures; you can ask them questions and receive messages from them. You may already know these animals as current or past pets, or they may not be animals you know at all. Just the image of the animal will hold a special meaning for you. The meaning of each animal will be unique to you and you must interpret its meaning yourself. How you feel about each animal and how they make you feel is the important part.
They relate to your wellbeing, either physical mental or spiritual. The animal you see will be the guide to the actions you need to take to help yourself.
How I use this meditation:
When I meet my power animal, I look for its most distinguishing feature and I will give you a few examples of how Animal Spirits have helped and guided me.
I was feeling tired and lethargic. I was taking vitamins and minerals but nothing was helping. I visited the animal spirit realm and saw a hippopotamus. Now when I think of a hippo, its main feature is its mouth and it eats a lot. So, that was the answer, eat more! It was a simple as that. It was winter and I was burning more calories than I was taking in. A few puddings later I was feeling better.
I started working with a new work colleague. He was very chatty and fun to be with yet some of his mannerism I didn’t like but couldn’t quite say why. During a meditation I saw him with lots of spiders all over him. I hate spiders, I think they are creepy. And that was the message, he was a bit creepy. Later on at work I observed him trying to chat up some women, even though he was married and they told him to get lost. So, although he was good at his work but he did have a roving eye which is a bit creepy.
During another meditation, I saw a very friendly badger looking for food. This one was so simple but obvious- Go Shopping for food! I hadn’t managed to go food shopping for some time and was really low on everything. Power Animal revelations don’t have to be earth shattering and can just be simple reminders on what you need to do.
I used to have trouble sleeping. I don’t like sleeping alone because I never felt safe. The key is to find your power animal of comfort and protection. For me it was a hedgehog. Curled up and cosy, yet with prickles to protect its self whilst asleep. So, just before I go to sleep I now think of a hedgehog and I sleep quite soundly.
And if you are unsure of somebody, visualise them on the back of a Unicorn. For Unicorns are spiritual beings of truth. Ask a question of the person and the Unicorn will either nod or shake his head in answer to your questions.
So be mindful. All of the power animals I have just described and the way they interact with me are unique to me. When you journey and meet your own Power Animals, the way you feel about them will be unique to you and their meanings may be completely different.
And be sensible. Use Power Animals as guides but before you act, also use a bit of common sense and think about any situation. Just because you might see a Wolf, doesn’t mean you have to go out and start savaging sheep or grabbing chickens with your mouth from the frozen section in your supermarket and running away. Wolfs are quite sociable creatures and have to hunt with their friends to survive, so for me, seeing a wolf means go out and enjoy yourself.
Taking the experience a bit further, ask to see the Shadow Self of a creature that you know, or used to know well, like a pet. Visualise them there in front of you. Ask them questions and receive answers. If they are still with you in the real word, then their answers will guide you to be able to meet their needs a lot better.
So, find my ‘Power Animal’ meditation and again really feel and listen to what I say as I guide you through the meditation. For it is through feelings that you will communicate with all creatures as feelings are the universal language of all.
6. Spirit Guide
An Upper World meditation.
To say hello and goodby to dear departed loved ones can be very emotionally healing . It can give you closure to help you move on in your journey.
This is a 50 minute guided meditation to meet your spirit guide, who will help you communicate with the spirit realm.
My Spirit Guide meditation is to help you to become a spiritual medium and to communicate with the Spirits of people or animals, which have passed over.
Your spiritual / emotional attachment to them will be the chord that that joins you to them, so you can seek their guidance to help you. And, it is through feelings that you will communicate with them.
For some people the chance to say hello and goodbye to a dear departed one is very healing and can help people get ‘closure’ on a painful emotional experience, to help them move on. It will also give reassurance that there is something after death.
When you listen to this meditation, it will help you reach your spirit guide, who will acts as a gatekeeper to the spiritual realm. It is through them that you will communicate with all other spirits that you had a strong emotional / spiritual connection to. The role of gatekeeper is very important as they act as filter and allow you to only communicate with those that truly have your best interests at heart. After all, you don’t want to end up talking to someone else’s mad aunt you don’t know, when you could be communicating with somebody more important to you.
Communication with your loved ones may be through images, metaphors, visualisations, smell, touch, sound, music, taste or direct emotional contact.
Now when you seek guidance, be sensible and think about a situation before acting. If the guidance is logical, unemotional and has feelings of hurt or violence attached, then that is your own mind. No true guide or spirit will recommend harm. Good guidance will feel emotionally right and calm. It will lead you on the path to happiness for all.
So get to know your spirit guide and spend time with them. Know their name and listen to them. When you are used to the way they communicate with you during the meditation, you may begin to hear them as you drop off to sleep or, for the more advanced, during quite times when you are awake.
Now, some people have more talent than others at being a spiritual medium and using Spirit Guides. I tend to find good mediums are born with a natural talent for it.
So if you don’t find it easy being a medium or can’t mange it at all, don’t be disappoint, it just means it’s not your gift and move onto to try something else. However, if you have the gift, then practice. Learn the meditation and if you are any good then go to your nearest spiritualist group and learn more. The more you learn the more your abilities will appear and eventually, if you practice, you may become a good spiritual medium whose talents will be of use to heal people.
So again, find my Spirit Guide meditation and allow 1 hour of your time to really listen and feel what is being said.
How I use this meditation:-
I ask to see a few people. Past work colleagues and relatives, but mostly I like to see my grandfather. I feel good just by being in his presence.
7. Soul Retrieval
An Upper World meditation.
During an emotional or physical shock, your Soul can leave you temporarily, to protect its self from harm, leaving you feeling incomplete and empty. With this meditation you can get that missing part of your Soul back and feel whole again.
This is a 1 hour and 8 minute guided meditation to make you feel whole again
Now, you can also be an emotional a mess because in the past you have had an emotional shock, be it from a physical or physiological trauma like an accident, assault, disease, a friend leaving, a partner going or the death of a loved one. Now your ‘Soul’ is attached to your physical body quite loosely, so at the moment of a shock, it is thrown from you. That is why a lot people report the feeling of ‘Being out of it’, during or after something traumatic, for that is literally true
However, it often seems that after the shock has gone and your Soul returns to your body, not all of it returns and a piece may get stuck outside of your body, leaving a bit of a void within you. A lot of people report the sensation of feeling incomplete and empty after a shock, which again, is literally true.
To fill this void people try to fill it with drink, drugs, sex, comfort eating or shopping. Now, all of these might be fun for a bit, but none of them will help you permanently fill that void. So this is where Soul Retrieval comes in, to bring back that missing part of you, to make you whole again.
Also, it doesn’t need to be a big shock. It can be lots of little shocks. For some people a little shock can just mean a little bit of your soul leaps out and doesn’t return, but over time, they can all add up to a lot of your Soul leaving. So even if you’ve had a little shock, its best to retrieve it as soon as you can. So do this mediation even after a small shock
So you need to get back this missing part of your Soul and this process is know as ‘Soul Retrieval’
So, listen to my ‘Soul Retrieval’ meditation and once again you will travel to meet your Spirit Guide. You will tell them about any shocks you may have had and the emptiness you feel inside and they will listen. They will then call in the right spiritual healer to help you.
The spiritual healer will bring the missing part of your Soul and put it back into you. How the spiritual healer will put it back in will be up to them. They may dance around you, place their hands on you, merge with you, blow on you or do anything else. Just let them do what they need to do for they are placing back the missing part of your Soul and then smoothing it back in to make you whole again.
How I use this meditation:-
I had a really bad attack of shingles that really affected my nerves and made my feet go numb, which wasn’t funny as it left me bouncing around on two feet that felt like water balloons for a couple of week, oh very amusing to my friends thought.
Anyway, once the shock of the experience and numbness had gone, I was left with a great desire to drink alcohol. I don’t normally drink except at Christmas and once or twice on holiday, because it numbs the spirit, shuts your Chakras and thus stops spiritual communication. However, after the attack, I started drinking every meal time but I knew this wasn’t right.
However, it was during my Spirit Guide mediation that a Native American healer called ‘Burning Embers’ came in, carrying the missing part of my Emotional Soul. He placed it back into me and then blew on me, to seal and smooth it back in.
As soon as he blew on me, it felt like a weight had been lifted from me and I physically gave a sigh of relief. It felt so good.
Afterwards, I found my craving for alcohol had gone. Now, I still had the habit of going to the fridge, but once I had the bottle on my hand I realised I didn’t actually want it and would put it back. I now felt more at ease with my self than I had for a long time.
Now I make no claims this will actually cure alcoholism but I say its worth giving it a go if you have exhausted all other options.
So play my ‘Soul Retrieval’ meditation and again really feel what is being said. Feel your chakras opening, feel the presence of the healing spirit being with you, feel them uniting you with the missing part of your emotional soul and healing you. Feel yourself become whole again. And once you are whole, you can start to think about helping others.
8. Emotional Healing
An Upper World meditation.
This will help heal you on a deep emotional level, to help you get over any bad experiences. It will help you balance your emotional energy, letting you move on, so you can explore and discover new positve ways of being
Short version-This is a 52 minute guided meditation to balance you emotionally
Extended version- This is a 1 hour and 8 minute guided meditation, with extra advice, to balance you emotionally
Now, bad experiences and memories have an overwhelming emotional energy to them. They are interlinked and they support each other. The bad memory gives you a horrible sinking feeling in your stomach and the sinking feeling in your stomach reinforces the memory.
So you need to smooth the link between the two, to take away some of the excess emotional energy or giving some smooth calming energy.
Once the emotional energy is smoothed out, they will no longer be a painful surge of emotional energy between the mind and stomach and they will no longer support each other. The bad memory energy will not have the emotional energy it uses to have and so will no longer affect your stomach and visa-versa. With the link smoothed and the emotional feedback gone, the bad memory and gradually, over time, the bad memory will fade.
So, listen to my ‘Emotional Healing’ meditation and once again you will travel to meet your Spirit Guide. You will tell them about any emotional issues you may have and they will listen. They will then call in the right spiritual healer to help you. And you need to accept the healing spirit in what ever form it takes. Some times they are people, or half people half animal or half person half plant or just animals or just plants.
The spiritual healer may take away the overwhelming emotional energy of feelings like, like fear, bad memories or negative ways of acting that harm yourself or others. They may give you the positive emotional energy of feelings like eagerness, courage, openness and the will to help others. They will give or take from you what you need to balance you emotionally. They can do this in many ways. They may dance around you, place their hands on you, blow on you or do anything else.
They may even merge with you, to give you’re a bit of their own energy or, when they leave your body they may take an unwanted emotion energy out of you. Just let them do what they need to do.
The healing energies may take a couple of days to work their way through you, so I would recommend you do not take any drink or drugs during this time. Also, during this time, you may get cold like symptoms or unexpected emotions welling up. Let the snot flow and the emotions come out and don’t try to suppress them. If you feel like crying, then cry.
How I use this meditation:-
An example is when a good friendship ended badly. During this mediation, a spiritual healer called ‘Swirling Leafs’ entered me and then came out with a jerk, taking away the overwhelming energy and feelings associated with this memory. A couple of days late, I found my self being a bit tearful for no good reason. Then a few days after that, I realised I wasn’t thinking about them negatively as much. Very quickly, all negative associations disappeared. Now I am left with only the pleasant memories of better times and the good experiences we had together.
Another example it that I used to have a great fear of heights. That horrible sinking feeling you get in your stomach when looking down from a great height. However, during this meditation I was visited by a healing spirit of a man dressed as a crow. He poured energy from his hands into me down my left side and then the energy came out of my right foot. It felt good, like something was being unblocked and flushed away. A couple of days later, I was out shopping, when I looked down from the top of a car park, I suddenly realised that the sinking feeling I normally associated with looking down from a height had gone and so with it had gone my fear of heights.
This meditation seems to work best on irrational fears, but try as I might it has never cured me of my fear of spiders. That’s because having a spider crawl into my ear, lay eggs and then 800 baby spider coming out to eat my face seems a very reasonable and sensible fear, because it could happen!
So play my ‘Emotional Healing’ meditation and again really feel what is being said. Feel your chakras opening, feel the presence of the healing spirit being with you, feel them taking away any overwhelming emotional energy and giving you positive energy. Feel yourself become whole and emotionally balanced again.
9- Heal Others
An Upper World meditation.
Once you have helped yourself, you can begin to help others. Let the universal energy flow through you and into those who need it.
This is a 15 minute guided meditation to quickly give energy healing to yourself and others.
So now its time to start to heal others. So get your subject and sit them in front of you, be it another person, a plant or animal.
Now listen to my ‘Healing Others’ meditation and again really feel the universal, warming, healing energy flow through you and into your subject. It will temporarily force open their Chakras and let the healing energy in. When you stop, their Chakras will close automatically. Let the energy work for a while and after about 1 hour they should begin to feel better.
And not only does the universal energy heal the person you are with but, as it passes through you, it also heals you as well! It’s the ultimate 2 for 1 offer. You both get the energetic benefit, making you both tingle and feel good. Make it a habit to help others and help yourself at the same time. The more you do it, the better you and anybody else, will feel.
How I use this meditation:-
I have used this meditation to help heal many people. Everybody I have tried it on says they feel better for it.
And the heaing erngyes help me feel good as well.
10. Akashic Records
An Upper World meditation.
Now your healing journey has made you feel better, you can now ask the Big Questions. Find out how you and all creatures fit into the Great Spirits universe.
This is a 47 minute guided meditation to access the Akashic records in the Library of Life. It is where the feelings, thoughts and actions taken by all living entities, throughout their life is recorded.
They are imprinted like a computer programme that can be read, like a computer programme, by anyone who knows how to visit the book.
So listen to this meditation and once you have travelled there and you are standing in front of this book, think of a question you want an answer to. For in it is written everything that ever was, everything that ever is and everything that ever will be. Ask anything you want. Ask the great philosophical questions. Why are we here? What is the meaning of life? What happens after death? Where does my spirit and soul go? Why create the Universe?
You will open the book and ask any question you want and receive an answer. The answer may come in the form of pictures, metaphors, taste, touch, words, sensations, smells or sounds (if you hear sounds, don’t ask to be shown which is the best mariachi band in the world, you will be deafened!). You can ask multiple questions although personally I only ask 1 question at a time as images and messages can cross over and get a little confusing.
Use it to question everything. Don’t take my word for anything I have written or spoken about. Use this meditation to ask your own questions and receive the answers yourself directly.
How I use this meditation:-
I have asked the great questions and received answers. I believe I now know the meaning of life, why we are here and why bad things happen to good people and the reason behind the entire universe. But ask the question yourself and tell me the answer you get. For me, this is an emotional universe and you are here to experience emotions, good and bad.
Experiment with it. All the answers are here and it is from this book that I have been given most of my own Guided Meditations.
So use this to find your own meditations and find your own answers.

Physical Wellbeing
Trigger Point Therapy
If you have any muscular aches and pains, then I highly recommend you obtain the book ‘Trigger Point Therapy Workbook: Your Self-Treatment Guide for Pain Relief’ by Clair Davies.
You will learn all about Trigger Points in the body and how to treat them yourself simply and effectively.
Trigger points are extremely irritable areas of the fascia (the body’s connective tissue), that may radiate pain to muscles further away so, although you rub the painful area, it never gets better. What you need to do is massage the actual cause of the pain.
It is quite a heavy read, but well worth it. Personally, I have found it very effective for the occasional foot pain that is actually caused by muscles in my leg.
